The present research aimed to determine the academic requirements associated with the empowerment of women's leadership in Hail University. In addition, the research aimed to find out the differences among female faculty members in Hail University for the academic requirements associated with the empowerment of women's leadership in Hail University according to the variable of specialization, experience years and nationality. The sample of consists of (56) female faculty members at Hail University. The questionnaire was a tool for data gathering, data were treatment statically using means, standard divisions and independent samples “t” test and one way ANOVA. The findings of the study revealed that the degree of significance of the academic requirements of female faculty members at Hail University is much importance; the degree of the academic requirements of female faculty members at Hail University is the personal, administrative, organizational and societal requirements and there is a statistically significant difference among estimation of female faculty members in the total degree of academic requirements significance attributing to the variable of specialization, nationality and experience years .In light of the search results; the researcher recommended a many recommendations, including: Saudi Universities must agree to install a specific conceptualize of the concept of academic requirements and developing the present regulations and laws in Saudi universities to serve the subject of academic requirements and women's leadership for administrative positions at universities.(Published Abstract)
