هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج للعلاج بالواقع في تخفيف حدة اضطرابات التوحد لدى عينة من الأطفال، وقد اتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 5 أطفال من المترددين على وحدات علاج التوحد، والمصنفين إكلينيكياً أنهم من أطفال التوحد، حيث طبق على أفراد عينة الدراسة مقياس الطفل التوحدي، كما طبق عليهم برنامج للعلاج بالواقع لتخفيف حدة اضطرابات التوحد لدى الأطفال. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: 1) توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب أفراد العينة قبل تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي، ومتوسطات رتب نفس الأفراد بعد التطبيق في السلوك التوحدي، كما يقاس بمقياس "الطفل التوحدي"، في اتجاه انخفاض المتوسط بعد تطبيق البرنامج. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تطبيق أفراد العينة بعد تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي، ومتوسطات رتب نفس الأفراد بعد فترة المتابعة في السلوك التوحدي، كما يقاس بمقياس "الطفل التوحدي". وقد قدم الباحث بالدراسة عدداً من التوصيات التربوية للقائمين على رعاية أطفال التوحد. The present study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the program for the treatment of reality in alleviating disorders of autism among a sample of children, has followed the current study, the experimental method, the study sample consisted of 5 Children of undecided units treat autism, and classified clinically they are of autistic children, where applied to the study sample scale autistic child, as applied to them for treatment reality program to alleviate disorders of autism in children, study has yielded the following results: 1) There are significant differences between the mean of the sample arranged before applying the treatment program, and the averages of the same individuals arranged after application in autistic behavior, as measured by “autistic child”, in the direction of lower average after the application of the program. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean of the sample arranged after the application of the treatment program, and the averages of the same individuals arranged after the follow-up period in autistic behavior, as measured by “autistic child”.
