تستهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة في العمل الإداري في المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم في محافظتي الشرقية في سلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة تكونت من 56 فقرة موزعة في ثلاث مجالات رئيسية هي: دعم وتأييد الإدارة العليا، وتوافر ثقافة الجودة بين العاملين، ووجود نظام للبيانات والمعلومات، وبعد التحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها طبقت على جميع مدراء الدوائر ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام، وبلغ عددهم 72. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار ت وتحليل التباين الأحادي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، كان من أبرزها: أن درجة توافر متطلبات الجودة في العمل الإداري في المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم في محافظتي الشرقية في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء النتائج، جاءت التوصيات؛ منها: ضرورة توفير الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة المدربة في المديريات العامة للتربية والتعليم في محافظتي الشرقية في سلطنة عمان، وتوعية العاملين فيها بأهمية تطبيق الجودة في العمل الإداري، ومرونة الهيكل الوظيفي فيها، وإصدار البيانات من عدة جهات وليس من جهة واحدة في هذه المديريات والحفاظ على سريتها. This study aims at investigating requirements of quality application in administrative work in the directorates of education and learning in Sharqia provinces in the sultanate of Oman, to achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers developed a 58-item questionnaire covering 3 domains: Support and encouragement of senior management, provide quality culture among employees. The results have shown that the degree of the requirements of quality application in administrative work in the directorates of education and learning in Sharqia provinces in the sultanate of Oman ranged from low to average level. In addition no statistical differences were found among the evaluation average of the degree of the requirements of quality application in administrative work in the directorates of education and learning due to educational qualifications, sex, and job experience. The researchers recommended providing qualified trained human resources in these districts, and educating employees of the importance of quality in the application of administrative work, and flexibility of the functional structure, and data disclosure from several points of view and not one in these districts and in maintain confidentiality.
