تعد وثيقة المعايير القومية لرياض الأطفال التي أقرتها وزارة التربية والتعليم عام 2008 أساسا لضمان الجودة والاعتماد التربوي للروضات. جعلت الوثيقة الروضة مؤسسة ذات قدرة عالية على تنمية الطفل تنمية شاملة متكاملة من خلال مناهج على درجة متميزة ومعلمات أكفاء. حيث يتعين على المعلمات القيام بالعديد من الأدوار والمهام في ظل التحديات والتغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية والتكنولوجية الراهنة. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى توافر الكفايات المهنية لدى عينة من معلمات الروضة في ضوء وثيقة المعايير القومية لرياض الأطفال في مصر. بالإضافة إلى إبراز نقاط القوة والضعف وذلك لتطوير أداء معلمة الروضة لمواكبة المتغيرات واستثمار المستحدثات في عملية التعليم والتعلم. وبناء على ذلك يتم تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة للمعلمة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة من معلمات الروضة المتخصصات. وتم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة (بطاقة ملاحظة، إستمارة استطلاع رأي) على عينة عشوائية عددها 40 معلمة من معلمات الروضة. وتشير نتائج بطاقة الملاحظة إلى أن جميع الكفايات المهنية لمعلمة الروضة تراوحت نسبة توافرها لدى عينة الدراسة ما بين 75-93% وقد تصل في بعض البنود إلى 100% وهي نسبة مرتفعة. ومع ذلك فهناك قصور في ممارسة بعض الكفايات والتي تحتاج فيها معلمة الروضة إلى تحسين كفاياتها المهنية وخاصة مع وجوج بعض العوائق والصعوبات. وقد تمّ تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في أداء المعلمة من خلال استطلاع آراء معلمات الروضة، وذلك للوقوف على نقاط القوة وتدعيمها ومعرفة نقاط الضعف وعلاجها. وبناء على ذلك تم التوصل إلى قائمة بأكثر الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لتحقيق الكفايات المهنية لمعلمة الروضة في ضوء المعايير القومية لرياض الأطفال في مصر. The document of national standards for kindergarten in Egypt (DNSKE), being approved by the Ministry of Education in n2008, is considered the quality assurance and accreditation of education for kindergartens. The DNSKE made the kindergarten an organization of high ability for developing the child a comprehensive development through an integrated curriculum on a degree of distinct and qualified teachers. Where the kindergarten teachers have to do many roles and tasks in the light of current social, cultural changes and technological challenges. Yhe current contribution aimed to identify the availability of professional competences in a sample of kindergarten teachers in the light of the DNSKE. In addition to highlight strengths and weaknesses for improving the performance of kindergarten teacher to keep up abreast of changes and innovations in the investment process of teaching and learning. Accordingly, the necessary training needs for the kindergarten teachers can be determined. The study sample consisted of a set of professional kindergarten teachers. The study tools (note cards, poll forms) had been applied on a random of 40 kindergarten teachers. Results of the note cards, in the study sample, referred to professional competences of the kindergarten teachers range between 75% and 93%. Moreover, in some items reaches up to 100%. Although the latter high ratios, there are some shortcomings in the practice of skills. Where the kindergarten teacher needs to improve professional skills, especially with the presence of obstacles and difficulties. Strengths and weaknesses had been identified in the performance parameter through kindergarten teachers poll forms. In order to determine strengths and strengthen them, and weaknesses and remedy them. Accordinfly, list of the necessary training requirements to achieve the professional competences of the kindergarten teacher in the light of DNSKE had been reached over. (Published abstract)
