هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الآثار الاجتماعية للتعليم الإلكتروني، وذلك من خلال استطلاع وجهة نظر عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليتي الحصن وإربد الجامعية بلغت 160 عضو هيئة تدريس، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة طور الباحثون استبانة تكونت من 20 فقرة موزعة على مجالين هما الآثار الإيجابية والآثار السلبية، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم تطبيقها على أفراد العينة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية قد حصلت على درجة تقدير متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مجالات الأداة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس أو الكلية أو سنوات الخبرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وضع مجموعة من التوصيات. This study aimed to reveal the social effects of e-learning, through a survey point of view a sample of the faculty members in a Husoun and Ibrid University collage amounted to 160 faculty member, and to achieve the goal of the study researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of 20 items distributed on two areas, the positive effects and negative effects, and after making sure of sincerity and persistence have been applied to the sample. The results showed that the positive and negative effects have got a medium degree of estimation. The results also showed a lack of statistically significant differences on the areas of the tool due to gender, college or years of experience. The study concluded that a set of recommendations.
