هدف الدراسة: إستهدفت الدراسة ما يلي: 1) تحليل واقع العلاقة بين التعليم الفني وسوق العمل بمصر وتشخيص مشكلاته لتوضيح مظاهر الخلل في العلاقة بين التعليم الفني وسوق العمل. 2) توضيح أبرز الجهود المصرية والنماذج التطبيقية لتقوية الروابط بين التعليم الفني وسوق العمل. 3) الوقوف على بعض التجارب العالمية في مجال ربط التعليم الفني بسوق العمل خلال معايير جودة التعليم الفني. 4) وضع تصور مقترح يمكن أن يسهم في تفعيل العلاقة بين التعليم الفني وسوق العمل بما يساعد في علاج مشكلات سوق العمل وتحقيق متطلباته. طرق الدراسة وأدواتها: إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي خاصة أسلوبي المسح والتحليل؛ زيارات ميدانية لبعض المدارس الفنية، كما اعتمدت على أسلوب استشارة الخبراء في بناء محاور التصور المقترح. الإضافة العلمية والإفادة من الدراسة: تواكب الدراسة الاتجاهات العالمية التي تدعو إلى ربط التعليم الفني بسوق العمل في ضوء التغيرات المحلية والعالمية التي يمكن أن تساعد في دفع حركة الإصلاح الاقتصادي التي تعيشها مصر بعد ثورة 25 يناير، وتحقيق جودة خريج التعليم الفني؛ مما يعمل على تقليل البطالة بين الشباب. كما تفيد الدراسة مخططي سياسات النظم التعليمية في كيفية الربط بين التعليم الفني وسوق العمل من خلال عرض تصور مقترح لتفعيل العلاقة بين التعليم الفني وسوق العمل في ضوء معايير الجودة وثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. Aims of the Study: The study aimed to: 1) present and analyze the reality of the relationship between technical education and the labor market, and to diagnose the embedded problems in order to display imbalances in the relationship between technical education and the labor market. 2) Clarify the most prominent Egyptian efforts and models applied to strengthen ties between technical education and the labor market. 3) Conduct a comparative analysis of the experiences of some developed countries in the field of linking technical education and the labor market. Methods and tools of the study: The study employed the descriptive method in addition to field visits to some technical schools. It also adopted the “expert advice style” in order to build axes of the suggested scenario. Added scientific aspects of innovation and benefit from the study: The study keeps pace with global trends, which calls for connecting technical education to the labor market in light of the local and global changes, which can help in boosting economic reform experienced by Egypt after the January 25 revolution, and achieve qualified graduate of technical secondary education that, in turn, works to reduce unemployment among young people. The study also would benefit policy makers and educational systems in how to link technical education to the labor market by offering a scenario for a strategy that seeks to activate the relationship between technical education and the labor market in light of the quality standards and the information technology revolution and communications.
