هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع أطر نظرية وإجراءات لتنمية علاقات التكاتف والتعاون والترابط Collegiality التي يقصد بها سيادة العلاقات الإنسانية المثالية داخل الأقسام الأكاديمية بين أساتذة متعاونين ومنشغلين بانسجام في السعي وراء المعرفة، هدفهم صياغة المناهج وإعداد البرامج والبحث والتدريس الجامعي، أي التركيز على قيم وإيجابيات العلاقة بين زملاء القسم الأكاديمي الواحد لتحقيق الترابط والمساندة لبعضهم البعض. وبدأت الدراسة بالتعرف على ماهية المساندة الأكاديمية والمهنية وأهميتها وآليات تحقيقها، ثم تناولت ممارسات المساندة الأكاديمية والمهنية للأعضاء الجدد بأقسام الجامعات الأمركية، من حيث دورها في غرس القيم الجامعية، واستراتيجيات وسياسات وبرامج وطرق وآليات تحقيقها، ثم انتقلت الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع الأقسام الأكاديمية بالجامعات المصرية، ولقياسه اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الإثنوجرافي باعتباره منهجا مطورا، يسمح بوصف ثقافة الجماعة الاجتماعية بما تشتمل عليه من مدركات ومعان، فتناولت دور رئيس القسم نحو الأعضاء والهيئة المعاونة الجدد، ونمط وأشكال مساعدة الزملاء القدامى للجدد بالأقسام الأكاديمية، وطبيعة العلاقات الإنسانية والتكاتف داخل الأقسام الأكاديمية، وطبيعة وأشكال الاتصالات والتواصل داخل الأقسام الأكاديمية وعوائق تحقيق التعاون والمساندة الأكاديمية بأقسام الجامعات المصرية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى طرح تصور مقترح تحت عنوان "تطوير المساندة والتعاون الأكاديمي والمهني: مشروع إصلاح ومنهاج تغيير"، محددة مبادئ للمساءلة والتعاون الأكاديمي والمهني، وأكدت على ضرورة تفعيل دور رؤساء الأقسام وفقا لمعيار المساندة الأكاديمية والمهنية، وطرق تحقيقها داخل الأقسام الأكاديمية بالجامعات المصرية. This study aimed to develop theoretical frameworks and procedures for the development of relations togetherness and cooperation and interdependence Collegiality intended to rule human relations idealism within academic departments between professors collaborators and preoccupied harmoniously in the pursuit of knowledge, their goal drafting curriculum and program development, research and university teaching, and focus on the values and advantages of the relationship between colleagues section per academic to achieve coherence and support for each other. The study began identifying what support academic and professional relevance and mechanisms to achieve. Then addressed the practices supporting academic and professional for new members sections American universities in terms of their role in instilling values university and strategies, policies, programs, the ways and mechanisms to achieve. Then the study moved to diagnose the reality of academic departments at Egyptian universities, and measured. The study relied on a descriptive approach, which allows as culture and social group including its Perceptions and meanings. Addressed the role of department head towards members and assistants new persons, pattern and forms help colleagues veterans of the new academic departments, the nature of human relations and solidarity within academic departments, the nature forms of communication and networking within the academic departments, barriers to achieve cooperation and support academic departments at Egyptian universities. The study concluded asked to imagine a proposal titled “Development of supporting academic and vocation a cooperation 1: Reform Project and Platform change”, specific principles for the support of academic and vocational cooperation, and stressed the need to activate the role of heads of departments and according to the standard of academic and professional support, and ways to achieve it within the academic departments at Egyptian universities.
