تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: محاولة الكشف عن أوجه بعض السلوكيات غير التوافقية لدى عينة من الأطفال المعاقين عقليا "القابلين للتعلم".، كذلك إعداد وتطبيق برنامج تدريبي باستخدام إجراءات إدارة الذات لتعديل بعض السلوكيات غير التوافقية لدى عينة من الأطفال المعاقين عقليا "القابلين للتعلم". وييان مدى فاعليته. تتكون عينة الدراسة من 10 أطفال معاقين عقليا من القابلين للتعلم من (إحدى مدارس التربية الفكرية- محافظة القاهرة) تميزوا بمستوى مرتفع من بعض السلوكيات غير التوافقية، ممن تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين 10-12 سنة، وقد استخدم الباحث: إختبار رسم الرجل تقنين محمد فرغلي 2004، مقياس السلوكيات غير التوافقية من إعداده، البرنامج باستخدام إجراءات إدارة الذات من إعداده. وقد أظهرت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج في خفض بعض السلوكيات غير التوافقية لدى أفراد العينة، واستمرار فاعليته في القياس التتبعي. The study aims to constructing and applying a training program by using self- management for reducing mai-adjustable behaviors among sample of mental retardation. The study sample consisted of 10 mal-adjustable behaviors, whose age span in 10-12 years old. The researcher tends to use: man drawing test (prepared by/ Goodenoug &Harris), the mal-adjustable behaviors scale: (Prepared by/ the researcher), & A training program by using self- management (prepared by/ the researcher. The results showed that the program which was used in this study was effective for reducing mal-adjustable behaviors among sample of mental retardation of the experimental group, the program was distinguished by continues effectiveness, which appeared from the follow up study.
