هدفت الدراسة الراهنة إلى اختبار فاعلية برنامج تدريبي يحتوي على بعض الأنشطة التدريبية لتنمية بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال التوحديين ذوي المستوى الوظيفي المرتفع، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 10 أطفال توحديين من الذكور من قسم الإعاقة العقلية بمدرسة برايت هوب، واستخدمت الباحثة الصورة العربية لمقياس التوحد الطفولي C.A.R.S واختبار جودارد للذكاء، ومقياس المهارات الاجتماعية (بعض البنود) إعداد/ سهير كامل/ بطرس حافظ 2008، والبرنامج القائم على استخدام الأنشطة (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية البرنامج الذي تم تطبيقه بهدف تنمية بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال التوحديين، وظهر أثره في تحسن مستوى مهارة التواصل مع الآخرين، والتفاعل الاجتماعي، والسلوك الاجتماعي لدى هؤلاء الأطفال، وقد اتضح ذلك من خلال وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية على تلك المهارات لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما توصلت النتائج إلى استمرارية فاعلية البرنامج لدى الأطفال التوحديين إلى ما بعد فترة المتابعة، حيث كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات القياسين البعدي والتتبعي للمجموعة التجريبية مما يؤكد على احتفاظ العينة بأثر التدريب واستمرارية فاعلية البرنامج إلى ما بعد فترة المتابعة حيث شاركت الأمهات في البرنامج حتى يمتد أثر التدريب للمنزل. The study aimed to effectiveness training program contains some training activities to develop some social skills in children with autism with, Autistic high performance functional, and the sample consisted of 10 autistic child of the male from the Department of mental retardation School of Bright Hope, and the researcher used the Arab Image to scale infantile autism CARS, and Achtbargodard of intelligence, and the measure of social skills (some items) Setup/ Sohair Mahfouz/ Butros Hafiz 2008, and the training program based on the use of activities (preparation of the researcher), have resulted in findings of the study on the effectiveness of the program that was implemented in order to develop some social skills autistic children, and the back of its impact on improving the skill level of communication with others, and social interaction, and social behavior in these children, was evident by the presence of statistically significant differences between middle-level measurements of tribal and post to the experimental group on those skills for the application of dimensional, and found the results to the continuity of the program’s effectiveness in children with autism until after the follow-up period, where the results revealed that there is no statistically significant differences between middle- level measurements and dimensional iterative of the experimental group, which emphasizes the impact of training to keep the sample and the continued effectiveness of the program beyond the period of follow-up.
