هدف البحث إلى تحقيق أهداف هي: 1) إبراز أهمية إدارة الصف الجيدة في العملية التعليمية. 2) تحديد المهارات الضرورية اللازمة للمعلم عند إدارته لصفه. 3) الوقوف على واقع توافر بعض مهارات إدارة الصف لدى معلمي مرحلة الأساس في محلية أم درمان. 4) تحديد مهارات إدارة الصف التي يفتقدها معلمو مرحلة الأساس في محلية أم درمان. إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من مشرفي مرحلة الأساس بمدارس محلية أم درمان- بولاية الخرطوم بالسودان. حيث بلغ عدد المشرفين التربويين بمحلية أم درمان 80 مشرفا ومشرفه تربوية. واعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على طريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، حيث تم اختيار هذه العينة من المشرفين والمشرفات وبلغ حجم العينة 40 مفردة. بنسبة 50% من مجتمع البحث. واستخدام الاستبانة وسيلة لجمع البيانات. وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج منها: 1) أكثر المهارات توافرا لدى المعلمين هي مهارات إدارة الاجتماع. 2) ثم تأتي في الترتيب مهارات القيادة. 3) ثم مهارات حل المشكلات. 4) ثم مهارات التنظيم. وكانت أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1) أن يحاول المعلم اكتساب مهارة التعامل مع التلميذ الخجول بتشجيعه على المشاركة. 2) أن يحضّر المعلم للقاءاته مع التلاميذ. 3) أن يدرب المشرف المعلمين على مهارات التعامل مع التلاميذ المشاغبين بحكمة، وعلى استخدام أسلوب التشويق. وعلى مهارة اتخاذ القرار المناسب في الوقت المناسب، وعلى مراعاة مشاعر التلاميذ. 4) أن يتعود المعلم على استخدام مهارة التحفيز وباستمرار لأهميتها. The study aims at the achievement of the following objectives: 1) Highlighting the significance of proper classroom management in the educational process. 2) Specifying the skills necessitated by classroom manage¬ment. 3) Investigating the availability of some of the classroom management skills of the basic school teachers in Omdurman locality. 4) Specifying the classroom management which the basic school teachers lack in Omdurman locality. The researcher has used the descriptive analytic method on the population which consists of basic school super¬visors in Omdurman locality- Khartoum state whose number amounts to eighty 80 male and female supervisor or sampling, the researcher has adopted the simple random type selecting a sample of 40 male and female supervisors 50% in percentage. Analyzing the questionnaire, the researcher has achieved the following results: 1) The most significantly available skill is the skill of meetings management. 2) Second in order of significance is the skill of leadership. 3) Third in order of significance is the skill of providing solutions to problems. The most significant recommendations are the following: 1) Teachers should attempt to acquire the skill of handling shy students by encouraging them to participate. 2) Teachers should plan for their meetings with the students. 3) The supervisors should provide training on wise handling of naughty students. 4) Teachers should adopt and activate the skill of encour¬aging and providing the students with the necessary incentives.
