تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر الجنس وحجم الأسرة وموق التحكم في التحصيل الأكاديمي لدى عينة مكونة من (99) طالباً وطالبة من الصم المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا في الأردن، طبق على أفراد عينة الدراسة مقياس موقع التحكم. أظهرت نتائج تحليل التباين فروقا دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (=α0.05) في التحصيل الأكاديمي تعزى إلى موقع التحكم والتفاعل بين الجنس وحجم الأسرة والتفاعل بين موقع التحكم وحجم الأسرة، في حين لم تظهر هذه النتائج فروقا ذات دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (=α0.05) في التحصيل الأكاديمي تعزى إلى الجنس وحجم الأسرة أو التفاعل بينهما. This study aimed at investigating the effect of gender, family size, and locus of control on academic achievement among the basic education stage students with hearing impairment in Jordan. The sample of this study consisted of 99 students with hearing impairment in the basic education stage. A locus of control responsibility scale was implemented in this study. The findings indicated that there were significant differences at α=0.05 on academic achievement among students due to locus of control, and the interaction between family size and gender, and the interaction between locus of control and family size. However, the results showed that there were no significant differences at α=0.05 on achievement among students due to gender, family size, or the interaction between them. (Published abstract)
