هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف مدى ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الأساسية للنشاط المدرسي في مدارس مديرية تربية البادية الشمالية الشرقية من وجهة نظرهم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 153 معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدم الباحث أداتين الأولى مكونة من 34 فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات والثانية من 11 نشاطا، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن معلمي المرحلة الأساسية يمارسون النشاط المدرسي بدرجة متوسطة، والمجال الأكثر هو ممارسة مجال التخطيط، والأقل هو مجال التنفيذ، والنشاط الأكثر ممارسة للطلبة هو النشاط الثقافي 87.6%، كذلك أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة α=0.05 في الأداء ككل تعزى للجنس. The purpose of this study to identify the level of practicing teachers in the basic stage of school activities in schools of directorate of education in the North Eastern Badiah from the point of view. The sample of the study consisted of 153 male and female teachers were selected randomly from the community. The researcher two tools used of the first digit of the 34 items questionnaire, distributed on five domains and the second 11 activity, it has been verified the reliability of tools in the study and validity. The results revealed: teachers stage of basic school exercise activity mode rately, and the most Practicing the planning domain, and less the implementation domain, more Practicing and activity for students of cultural activity 87.6%, The study revealed no difference at the level of statistical significance α=0.05 due to the to gender.
