هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد من وجهة نظرهم، ومعرفة ما إذا كان ذلك يختلف تبعا لمتغيرات: النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، والاختصاص الأكاديمي، سنوات الخبرة، والحالة الاجتماعية، ومكان السكن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان مقياس أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي الذي أعده محاسنة 2006، وقد تكون المقياس من 40 فقرة موزعة في أربعة مجالات: الكفايات الأكاديمية، والسرية، والتقبل، والمسؤولية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 مرشداً ومرشدة اختيروا من المدارس التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة عجلون. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن درجة ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ثم جاءت المجالات حسب درجة ممارستها مرتبة على التوالي: المسؤولية، والكفايات الأكاديمية، والسرية، والتقبل. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد، تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح درجة الماجستير، والاختصاص الأكاديمي لصالح اختصاص الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة الخبرة من 10 إلى 20 سنة وفئة أكثر من 20 سنة، مع عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارستهم تعزى لمتغيرات: النوع الاجتماعي، والحالة الاجتماعية، ومكان السكن. This study aimed at investigating the degree of educational counselors practicing of counseling profession ethics as perceived by themselves, and whether it would differ according to the variables of: Gender, qualification, length of experience, academic specialization, marital status and place of residence. To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers utilized the educational and psychological counseling profession ethics prepared by (Mahaseneh, 2006), consisted of 40 items distributed on four domains: Academic competencies, secrecy, acceptance and responsibility. The sample of the study consisted of 60 male and female counselors selected from the schools of the directorate of education of Ajloun governorate. The results of the study revealed that the degree of educational counselors of counseling profession ethics was moderate, where the domains of the scale according to the practicing degree were: Responsibility, academic competence, secrecy, and acceptance respectively. The results also revealed that there were statistical significant differences in the degree of practicing Counseling Profession ethics due to qualification in the favor of master degree, and to length of experience in the favor of (10-20 years) and (more than 20 years), and to the academic specialization in favor of counseling & educational Psychology, and there were no statistical significant differences their practicing degree due to the variable of: Gender, marital status and place of residence.
