هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش لإدارة المعرفة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 210 معلمين ومعلمات منهم 130 معلمة و81 معلما. وقد تم تطوير أداة الدراسة والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت متوسطة،كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة جرش لإدارة المعرفة تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التعليمية. This study aimed to identify the practice degree of knowledge management public secondary school principals in the province of Jerash from the teacher’s point of view. The random sample consisted of 210 male and female teachers. The study instrument was developed and the validity and reliability were tested and confirmed. The results of the Study appeared that the practice of knowledge management degree secondary schools principals was at average level. Also the results of the study showed that there was no statistically significant difference in of the practice knowledge management degree of public secondary schools principals due to sex, experience and qualifications variables.
