تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى مقارنة نظام التعليم (المرحلة الثانوية) في كل من الجزائر وسورية عن طريق الوصف والتحليل والمقارنة بين النظامين، وتقديم مقترحات ملائمة ترفع من شأن التعليم الثانوي في سورية وتساهم في حل بعض المشكلات التي يعاني منها. ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف المذكور، اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن في تعرف نظام التعليم (المرحلة الثانوية) في سورية والجزائر. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الاختصاصات بالثانوية العامة في الجزائر كانت أوسع وأحدث ومواكبة لتطورات العصر والتوجه نحو التخصص الدقيق في جميع مجالات الحياة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمواءمة مخرجات التعليم كما وكيفا لحاجات سوق العمل مع الأخذ في الاعتبار التطورات المستقبلية في سوق العمل، وتطوير الكتب المدرسية بحيث تقدم مادة علمية ومعلومات حديثة وتنوع الأسئلة وكذلك استخدام رسوم وأشكال حديثة تخدم الموضوعات العلمية. The present study aims to compare the system of education (high school) in each of Algeria and Syria, through the analysis and comparison between the two systems, and to make appropriate proposals that would raise the secondary education in Syria and contribute to solving some of the problems that face them. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method to compare the education system of the secondary school in Syria and Algeria. The study results indicated that the terms of reference of public secondary school in Algiers was the largest and the latest developments that keep pace with the times and the trend, towards a specialization in one area of life. The study recommended the harmonization of educational outcomes for the quantity and quality of the labor marketacel needs, taking into account future developments in the labor market development of textbooks so as to provide scientific material end recent information and variety of questions, as well as fees and the use of modern forms which serve the scientific topics.
