هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما الاستراتيجية المقترحة لتحسين جودة برنامج التربية العملية في جامعة الفرات (كلية التربية بالحسكة) في ضوء مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم مصفوفة الإطار المنطقي للاسترايجية المقترحة، وتتضمن أهداف هذه الاستراتيجية والإجراءات والأنشطة لتحقيق هذه الأهداف والمخرجات والعائدات المتوقعة من تنفيذها. وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى أن معايير جودة برنامج التربية العملية الحالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة المعلمين والمشرفين كانت محققة لحد ما بحسب المقياس المعتمد. وفي ضوء نتائج التقويم اقترح الباحث استراتيجية لتحسين جودة هذا البرنامج تتضمن مراحل التربية العملية وكيفية تنفيذها بالإضافة لمقاييس لتقييم جودة أداء الطالب المعلم من وجهة نظر المشرف ومدير مدرسة التدريب والمعلم المتعاون. The study aimed to respond to the following main question: What is the suggested strategy for improving the quality of practical education program at AL-Frat University in the light of total quality management (TQM)? For achieving this project, The researcher prepared the logical formwork for the to suggested strategy that contains: arms of this strategy, procedures and activities for achieving these aims and outcomes The Findings of the study reveal that the quality standards of the teaching practice was realized to same extent as perceived by student teachers and their supervisors. In the light of evaluation results the researcher suggested a strategy for improving the quality of this program to include stages of practical education and scientific automat city to implement it, as well as measures for evaluating the quality performance of student-teacher.
