تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف اتجاهات معلمي التربية الإسلامية بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت نحو الاختلاف والتنوع في ضوء التحديات الراهنة، وتعرف وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء معلمي التربية الإسلامية بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت نحو الاختلاف والتنوع تعزى لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية، الجنس، والخبرة، والجنسية، والمؤهل الدراسي، وتوصلت إلى ما يلي: 1) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الاختلاف والتنوع تعزى لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الاختلاف والتنوع تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الاختلاف والتنوع تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. 4) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الاختلاف والتنوع تعزى لمتغير الجنسية. 5) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء مديري المدارس الثانوية نحو الاختلاف والتنوع تعزى لمتغير المؤهل الدراسي. This study aims to identify trends in Islamic education teachers in secondary schools in Kuwait towards difference and diversity in light of current challenges, and you know there are significant differences in the views of Islamic education teachers in secondary school in Kuwait towards difference and diversity are attributable to the variable region, educational, gender, experience, nationality, academic qualifications, and concluded the following: 1) There are no statistically significant differences between the views of Secondary School Principals about difference and diversity are attributable to the variable of the school district. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the views of Secondary School Principals about difference and diversity are attributable to the variable of sex. 3) There is no statistically significant differences between the views of Secondary School Principals about difference and diversity are attributable to the variable of years of experience. 4) There are no statistically significant differences between the views of Secondary School Principals about difference and diversity are attributable to the variable of nationality. 5) There is no statistically significant differences between the views of Secondary School Principals about difference and diversity are attributable to the variable of academic qualifications.
