تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التخطيط لتحويل المدرسة المصرية إلى مدرسة جامعة باستخدام أسلوب دلفي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء الاستبانة وتطويرها في ضوء أسلوب دلفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد الأهداف التي يسعى التعليم الجامعي إلى تحقيقها، وتعرف أهمية التعليم الجامع، وكشف أهم العقبات التي تعوق تحويل المدرسة المصرية إلى مدرسة جامعة، ورصد المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة لتحويل المدرسة المصرية إلى مدرسة جامعة في ضوء آراء خبراء التربية وفق ستة محاور (السياسات والبنى، المعلم، التقويم، الإدارة المدرسية، التمويل، المجتمع المدني والأسرة)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر الوعي بين فئات المجتمع المصري حول أهمية المدرسة الجامعة، وتدريب المعلمين على طرق التدريس للفئات المتنوعة لطلاب المدرسة الجامعة، وإعداد مناهج دراسية تلبي متطلبات جميع الفئات المتواجدة في المدرسة الجامعة. This study aims to planning converter Egyptian school to diversity School using the method of Delphi, the study relied on descriptive approach, was built resolution and developed in the light of the method of Delphi, The study to determine the objectives of the inclusive education to achieve them, and know the importance of inclusive education, and revealed the most important obstacles impeding conversion Egyptian school to University School, and monitoring requirements of educational needed to convert Egyptian school to University School in the light of the views of education according to six themes (policies and structures, the teacher, calendar, school administration, finance, civil society and the family), the study recommended the need to raise awareness among groups Egyptian society about the importance of school, university, and teacher training on teaching methods for various categories of university students of the school, and the development of curricula to meet the requirements of all categories located in the university’s school.
