هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية إدارة الأزمات في حصص وأنشطة التربية الرياضية، ولكل محور من محاور الدراسة وهي: (الطالب، المعلم، الإدارة، المجتمع المحلي) من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مدارس مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق، وبيان الفروق تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والخبرة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 32 معلما ومعلمة، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية لملاءمته طبيعة وأهداف الدراسة، وتم استخراج معاملات الصدق والثبات لأداة الدراسة (الاستبيان)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: الإجراء الإداري المتخذ داخل المدرسة هو السائد في إدارة الأزمات في حصص وأنشطة التربية الرياضية في مدارس تربية قصبة محافظة المفرق ولجميع المحاور. ما عدا المحور المتعلق بالمعلمين حيث إجراء إبلاغ المديرية هو السائد. ولم تظهر فروق ذات دلالات إحصائية لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، الخبرة). The present study aims at identifying how crises are managed in Physical Education (PE) classes and activities. The study includes students, teachers, administration and local society, while taking into account the views of PE teachers, in the schools of Al- Mafraq Educational Directorate/Al-Qasaba. The sample of the study consisted of 32 teachers and statistical differences between variables of the study (gender and experience) were calculated. For purposes of the study, descriptive and survey approaches were used. Questionnaire validity and reliability were tested by using the Alfa Crompach. The results of the study demonstrate administrative action as a common procedure within schools for crises management in PE classes and activities, involving all factors of the study, with the exception of action on the part PE teachers, where informing higher administration of problems is the normal practice. The study shows the absence of statistical differences due to the variables of gender or experience. (Published abstract)
