هدفت الدراسة إلى مناقشة طبيعة الصراع التنظيمي والأنواع الشائعة للصراع التنظيمي ومصادره، والنتائج المترتبة عليه حتى يمكن التعرف على الإستراتيجيات الأكثر استخداما في إدارة الصراع التنظيمي وأهمية أن يدار بطريقة إدارية إيجابية، مع توضيح أوجه القصور التي تشوب كل إستراتيجية من خلال تحليل الدراسات السابقة لها. حتى يمكن إقتراح تصور لكيفية الإفادة من إستخدام إستراتيجية نظرية المباراة كأحد الأساليب الكمية السلوكية في إدارة الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسات التعليمية. وعلى ضوء ذلك إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وفي النهاية قدمت تصور مقترح بهدف الإفادة من نظرية المباريات في إدارة الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسات التعليمية، وذلك من خلال إجراء تعديلات وتغييرات وإضافات في جوانب عملها من مؤسسات وأعضاء. The study aimed at discussing the nature of the organizational conflict, the common types of organizational conflict, its sources, and its consequences, so that the strategies that are most used in the management of the organizational conflict can be identified and it is important to be managed in a positive management manner. A scenario can be proposed for how to use the game theory strategy as one of the quantitative behavioral methods in managing organizational conflict in educational institutions. In light of this, the study used the descriptive analytical method. In the end, a proposed scenario was presented in order to benefit from the theory of games in the management of the organizational conflict in educational institutions, through amendments, changes and additions in the aspects of its work from institutions and members.
