يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف الى مدى دور تدريسيي قسم الجغرافيا في اثارة دافع الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة من وجهة نظرهم، تكونت عينته من (57) طالباً وطالبة من المرحلة الثالثة في قسم الجغرافيا: كلية التربية الأساسية جامعة دهوك الدراسة الصباحية بواقع (34) طالباً و(23) طالبةً. ولتحقيق اهداف البحث: تطلب إعداد استبانة لقياس مدى تطبيق دافع الإنجاز الدراسي وذلك بعد عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين المختصين في اختصاص العلوم التربوية، وطرائق التدريس، حيث تكونت اداة البحث من (38) فقرة في صيغتها النهائية، وبعدما اتسمت بالصدق والثبات تم التطبيق على عينة البحث، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائياً باستعمال معامل ارتباط بيرسون، والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (t-test) لعينتين مستقلتين، توصلت الباحثة الى النتائج الأتية: 1) إن مستوى دور تدريسي قسم الجغرافيا كلية التربية الأساسية جامعة دهوك في اثارة دافع الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة ولجميع الفقرات بلغ (85.6%) من وجهة نظر الطلاب. 2) ان مستوى دور تدريسي قسم الجغرافيا كلية التربية الأساسية جامعة دهوك في اثارة دافع الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة ولجميع الفقرات بلغ (81%) من وجهة نظر الطالبات. The current research aims to identify, the role of the Teaching staff at the Department of Geography in stimulating the motivation of academic achievement, from the point of view of third stage students. The sample consisted of (57) students, (34) males and (23) females from the third stage in the geography department College of Basic Education Duhok University, to achieve the aims of the research, a questionnaire prepared to measure the extent of application of teachers of the Department of Geography. after it presents to a group of experts in the competence of educational sciences and teaching methods, where the tool was formed from (38) sentences has been characterized by honesty and persistence, after data collection and statistical analysis using Arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and the percentage test (t-test) for two independent samples, the researcher found the following results: 1) The level of the teaching staff at the department of geography in stimulating the motivation of thier students was (% 85.6) from the point of view of males. 2) The level of the teaching staff at the department of geography in stimulating the motivation of their students was (% 81) from the point of view of females.
