هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تطبيق معايير الحوكمة لدى إدارات مدارس التعليم الأهلي بمدينة تبوك في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030. وإلى معرفة معوِّقات تطبيق معايير الحوكمة، والمقترحات التي تُسهِم في تطبيق معايير الحوكمة من وجهة نظر قائدي وقائدات مدارس التعليم الأهلي بمدينة تبوك ومعلّميها. كما هدفت إلى معرفة درجة اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف متغيِّرات الجنس، والمرحلة، والمسمى الوظيفي. تمَّ استخدامُ المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ، وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من 282 قائدًا وقائدة ومعلمًا ومعلمة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائيّة البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة؛ والبالغ عددهم 1801، وقد تمَّ استخدام استبانة مكوَّنة من محورين؛ الأول واقع تطبيق معايير الحوكمة موزَّعة على تسعة معايير بواقع عبارتين لكلّ معيار في المشاركة، والشفافية، والعدالة والمساواة، والمسـاءلة، وتعزيز سلطة القانون، والكفاية والفعالية في استخدام الموارد، والتوجُّه نحو بناء توافق آراء الاستجابة، واستراتيجية الرؤية، والثاني هو معوِّقات تطبيق معايير الحوكمة التسعة، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أنّ واقع تطبيق معايير الحوكمة بإدارات مدارس التعليم الأهليّ في مدينة تبوك تتوافر بدرجة كبيرة. The study aimed to identify the degree of application of governance criteria in private schools' administrations in Tabuk in the light of Saudi Arabia's vision 2030, obstacles of application of governance criteria, suggestions that might help to application of governance criteria from the perspectives of study sample members, and to investigate the degree of difference in perspectives according to the following variables: school type, educational stage and job title The study used the analytical-descriptive method, and the study sample consisted of 282 principals and teachers chosen by simple random method. A questionnaire was used consisting of two domains: the actual statues of application of governance criteria that distributed to nine criteria, and each criteria contain two items participation, transparency, justice and equality, accountability, strengthening the rule of law, efficiency and effectiveness in the use of resources, consensus orientation, responsiveness and strategic vision, and obstacles of application of the nine governance criteria The study reached several conclusions, including: The actual status of application of governance criteria in private schools' administrations in Tabuk was highly available. The study reveals also that there were statistically significant differences among the responses of the study sample members due to the job tittle variable for principals. (Published abstract)
