هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى التوافق الجامعي لدى طلبة جامعة شقراء وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات, كما هدفت إلى معرفة الفروق في التوافق تبعاً لمتغير الجنس والتخصص ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث مقياس التوافق الجامعي من اعداد محمد جعفر جمل الليل (1993). حيث تم تطبيقه على عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من 500 طالبا وطالبة منهم 270 في التخصصات الانسانية و230 في التخصصات العلمية وأسفرت النتائج أن مستوى التوافق الجامعي لدى طلبة جامعة شقراء كان مرتفعا حيث كانت النسبة المئوية لدرجة الكلية للمقياس % 82.50. وكانت اعلى درجة للتوافق في البعد الاجتماعي يليه الانفعالي فالدراسي فالانضباطي. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. في التوافق الجامعي تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور ومتغير التخصص ولصالح التخصصات العلمية. This study aimed to identify level of university concord at students of Shaqra University and its relation with some variables, it also aimed to identify differences in concord according to variable of gender and specialty. In order to achieve objectives of the study, the researcher has used scale of university concord prepared by Mohammed Jaafar Jamal Al-Lail (1993). It was applied on a random sample of 500 students (male and female), 270 of them were in humanitarian specialties and 230 in scientific specialties. The results concluded that level of university concord at students of Shaqra University was high where percentage of the college degree for the scale was 82.50%. The high score of concord was in social dimension followed by emotional, academic and disciplined. The results also revealed significant statistical differences on significance level 0.05 in university concord which was attributed to variable of gender and in favor of males and specialty variable and in favor of scientific specialties.
