This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the learning Built in the collection of the University of good decision for Educational Technology students and get to know its effectiveness in motivation toward him, as well as determine the level of this motivation. Approach has been applied to the semi-demo on a sample of 50 students divided into two groups: experimental and control group, the rate of 25 students per group during the first semester of their studies for the academic year 2014/2015 m. And adopted Find both achievement test and a measure of motivation to learn tools, and after making sure validity and stability according to the research sample, and calculates averages, standard deviations, and test the "t" (t-test and square "ETA" (!2). The research into the effectiveness of the learning Built-in student achievement (sample), and to be effective in students' motivation development towards learning built, and it was the size of a large impact between the average scores of students in achievement test posttest for the experimental group students, the size of a large impact among the middle-level students the experimental group in achievement test dimensional, as it was motivation toward learning Built level is very high. Thus confirming the search results that blended learning environment, increase educational attainment, and develop the level of motivation more than the usual learning environment, so it is recommended to hold educational workshops and training courses for teachers and students to introduce them to an environment built education and provide them with the skills to apply in the educational process.
