The present study aims at investigating building a program based on e-learning to give the basic chemical concepts & scientific thinking unit electrochemistry in chemistry book due to public secondary school students branch of scientific of the second semester of the year 1434/1435 ah, study sample consisted of 78 students enrolled in some al Zulfi public schools for the academic year 1434-1435 by 38 students studying a controlling sample unit in the traditional manner; and 40 student as an experimental sample are subject to program-based e-learning, the ages ranged between time 17-18 years with an average age of time 17.2 years. The homogeneity of the group in terms of (the degree of academic achievement in chemistry first-grade class for the year quoted above chronological age - the kind of education (general); program 9 be sessions to give the basic chemical concepts that have been identified after the unit content analysis; the application sessions on over the five weeks at the rate of two sessions a week, in the second semester of the academic year 1434/1435 ah. The tools of study consist of testing to collect the basic unit electrochemistry chemical concepts; as well as a measure of the capacity of scientific thinking. And using a t-test independent-samples, resulted in findings about the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the control group and the experimental group in the dimensional measurement on a test (the collection of concepts - scientific thinking) for the experimental group, and the equation of eta confirmed the presence of the large size of the impact of the experimental treatment on the total score of the scale scientific thinking was 87.9%, which indicates the effectiveness of the program in the development of scientific thinking, the study recommended the application of e-learning in the field of teaching natural science uses as one of the effective methods to achieve the development of scientific thinking in various stages of education, including secondary school goals.
