The study aimed to identify the extent of cooperation between parents and specialists in institutes and programs for the deaf and hearing impaired in Riyadh, and the factors contributing to the activation of cooperation between parents and the specialists in those institutes and programs, has reached the study sample 654 persons, including 233 specialists and 421 from the parents, applied to them to identify the parents and the identification of specialists working in the institutes and programs for the deaf and hearing impaired, the study found the results to the absence of significant differences between specialists responses about their opinion the extent of cooperation of parents with them due to the different nature of their work, and also to the lack of there were statistically significant differences between the parents of the students' responses differences about their opinion the extent of cooperation between them and the specialists are attributable to the different variable number of their family members, and that the specialists in institutes and programs for deaf collaborate with parents dramatically, while not cooperating parents with specialists in institutes and programs for the deaf in good, but in the hearing impaired program has been shown that both the parents and the specialists do not cooperate with each other well, and the results indicated also to the existence of differences attributable to a variety of variables including: the specialists experienced Supreme believe that parents are cooperating with them more what he saw specialists with the least experience, and parents with limited income and education level with at least see that the specialists collaborate with them more than he sees parents with higher income and educational level top.
