الهدف: هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج التدريب على المهارات التفاوضية في تنمية حل الصراع لدى أطفال مرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة. العينة: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 28 طفلاً وطفلة من الأطفال بمرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية مكونة من 14 طفلا وطفلة. الأدوات: تم تطبيق اختبار الذكاء المصور (إعداد أحمد زكي صالح، 1978)، استمارة المستوى الاجتماعي التعليمي للوالدين (إعداد فايزة عبدالمجيد، 1980)، مقياس حل الصراع (إعداد مجموعة البحث)، استمارة بيانات الطفل (إعداد الباحثة)، وبرنامج تنمية المهارات التفاوضية (إعداد مجموعة البحث). النتائج: أسفرت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05% بين متوسطي رتب درجات الأطفال عينة البحث التجريبية على مقياس حل الصراع قبل بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي، كما توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05% بين متوسطي رتب درجات الأطفال عينة البحث التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس حل الصراع بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ولا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05% بين متوسطي رتب درجات الأطفال عينة البحث التجريبية من الجنسين (ذكور- إناث) على مقياس حل الصراع بعد تطبيق البرنامج، وتدل تلك النتائج على فاعلية برنامج المهارات التفاوضية في تنمية حل الصراع لدى عينة الدراسة من الأطفال من عمر (9-12) عاما. Aims: Current study aimed to design a program that uses the method of negotiation skills training to development conflict resolution in late- childhood sample. Methods & Procedures: The sample consisted of children of male and female in the late- childhood (9-12) years, and the empirical research sample consisted of 28 boys and girls are divided into two equal number groups as following: Experimental, group: 14 boys and girls, control group 14 boys and girls. Tools: Applied to the following tools: Conflict resolution scale (designed by the researcher), Pictures test to the intelligence of children (designed by Ahmed Zaki Saleh, 1978), Cultural, Socio- economic setting level scale (designed by: Fayza Abd-:elmajeed, 1980), Form to collect the primary data about the children (designed by the researcher), Training program procedures (designed by the researcher). Results: The results indicated that: There was significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between pre/ post measurement averages grade scores of the program for the experimental group on the conflict resolution scale for the post measurement, there was significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between average grade scores of the experimental and control group in the post measurement of the program on the conflict resolution scale for the experimental group, There was not significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between post and following measurements averages grade scores of the program for the experimental group on the conflict resolution scale, and there was not significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between male and female averages grade scores in the post measurement of the program on the conflict resolution scale.
