هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الإدارتين التعليمية والمدرسية ودورهما في تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الثانوية بولاية غرب دارفور استخدم المنهج الوصفي في هذا البحث كما استخدمت الاستبابة كأداة لجمع بيانات البحث. يتكون مجتمع البحث من مديري الإدارات ورؤساء الأقسام بوزارة التربية بولاية غرب دارفور البالغ عددهم 33ومديري المدارس الثانوية البالغ عددهم 64 وبذلك بلغ عدد أفراد العينة 97 أهم النتائج هناك دور كبير تقوم به الإدارتان التعليمية والمدرسية في تحقيق أهداف المرحلة الثانوية بولاية غرب دارفور توجد صعوبات تواجه الإدارتين التعليمية والمدرسية مثل قلة الإمكانات المالية لمتطلبات العمل المدرسي والكتب والمختبرات وتدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة عدم توفر الإمكانات لتحسين البيئة المدرسية وتحسين بيئة العمل(الملخص المنشور)

This study aimed to identify the two departments of education and school and their role in achieving the goals of high secondary school in West Darfur The researcher has identified a problem in the main study in the following question What is the role of all educational and school administrations in achieving the goals of high secondary school in West Darfur from the perspective of staff? Researcher used in this study the descriptive method to answer questions about this research and achieve its objectives and selection of hypotheses the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect research data The community of the study Consists of the directors of departments and heads of departments at the Ministry of Education in West Darfurs there total was 33 and managers of high secondary schools state 64 director male and female so the number of community of the study 97 respondents The most important results The educational and school management play a major role in achieving the goals of high school in West Darfur State There are difficulties facing the educational and school administrations such as the lack of financial means to meet school activities books laboratories and teacher training inservice requirements The lack of the necessary potential to improve both school and work environment(Published abstract)
