هدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أساليب المعاملة الوالدية والاضطرابات السلوكية لدى المعاقين عقلياً القابلين للتعلم بولاية نهر النيل، إضافة إلى تأثير بعض المتغيرات(النوع، العمر) ، قد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بلغت عينة الدراسة (50) مستجيباً، منها (26) ذكر و(24) أنثى، تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة العشوائية الطبقية، لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث مقياس أساليب المعاملة الوالدية ومقياس الاضطرابات السلوكية، وقد توصلت الدِّراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة سالبة بين الاضطرابات السلوكية وأساليب المعاملة الوالدية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في أساليب المعاملة الوالدية والاضطرابات السلوكية لصالح الإناث، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب المعاملة الوالدية تُعزى لمتغير العمر. وأخيراً، على ضوء نتائج الدِّراسة و مناقشة الباحث اقترح بعض التوصيات.(الملخص المنشور)

The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between parental treatment methods and behavioral disorders among the mentally handicapped who are able to learn in River Nile State, and then to the effect of some variables, (Gender - Age) The distributive analytical method was used in this study, The sample of this study consisted of (50) respondents who are (26) males and(24) females included the academic year (2014-2015) chosen by the stratified random sample, The researchers used the measurements of parental treatment methods and behavioral disorders scale, The main results of this study are: There was a negative relationship between parenting styles and behavioral disorders, as significant statistical differences in parental treatment methods and behavioral disorders between males and females in favor to females was found. There were no significant differences in parenting method in relation to child age, Finally, in light of the study results and discussion the researcher suggested some recommendations.
