تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم برنامج تدريبي لمعلمة الروضة في ضوء الاتجاهات المعاصرة في تربية المواطنية، ويشتمل البرنامج على جانب نظري لإكساب المعلمات أثناء الخدمة المعارف والمفاهيم المرتبطة بتربية المواطنة والانتماء الوطني. كما يشتمل على جانب تطبيق يحتوي على أنشطة لتطبيقها لدى الأطفال، للمساهمة في تنمية انتمائهم الوطني. ويحتوي البرنامج على عرض للأهداف العامة. كما يحتوي على ثماني وحدات تدريبية بالإضافة إلى عرض لأساليب التعليم والتعلّم والوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة ووسائل تقويم البرنامج، وقد اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على اختبار تحصيلي للمعلمة- مقياس الانتماء الوطني لطفل الروضة. وبعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي على عينة الدراسة من المعلمات والأطفال وتطبيق أدوات الدراسة تطبيقا قبليا وبعديا وجمع البيانات، ثم حساب المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، وقيمة ت لاستخلاص نتائج الدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية من المعلمات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال عينة الدراسة على مقياس الانتماء الوطني في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي وتوصي الدراسة الحالية في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها بالاهتمام بتقديم برامج تدريبية أثناء الخدمة لمعلمات الروضة مقترنة بأنشطة إثرائية تساهم في تطوير أدائهم مع الأطفال في ضوء الاتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة. This current research aims to preparing a kindergarten teacher training programme in the light of the contemporary trends of education breeding citizenship. This programme includes the theoretical side of enriching in-service teachers with knowledge and concepts of citizenship and the national belonging. Form the practical side, it includes the activates to be applied to children to share in developing their national belonging. Many tools are used in this research such as, as achievement test for kindergarten teacherand the national belonging scale for kindergarten as a result of applicating this training programme on a sample of techers and children, application the pre and post research’s tools and collecting data, we succeeded in calculating the Arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the value of t-test to extract the most important research results which are: 1) the presence of a significant statistically differences between the men scores of the experimental group in the pre and post application of the achievement teat for the post. 2) the presences of a significant statistically differences between the mean scores of the children’s sample on the national belonging scale in the pre and post application for the post. This current research’s results recommends the importance of providing in-service kindergarten teachers with many training programmes associated with enrichement activities to share in developing their performance with children in the light of the educational contemporary trends.
