هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة كلية العلوم التربوية والآداب التابعة لوكالة الغوث الدولية أثناء التدريب الميداني وعلاقتها باتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التعليم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات الناتجة عن تطبيق أداتي الدراسة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 149 طالبا وطالبة، وذلك بحساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية على كل محور من محاور الأداء، وأظهرت النتائج أن المشكلات التي تتعلق بمساق التربية العملية والإدارة المدرسية والمتعلم المتعاون جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بينما المشكلات المتعلقة بمشرف التربية العملية فكانت بدرجة كبيرة وكذلك أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع نسبة المشكلات السلوكية عند المعلمين الذين لديهم اتجاهات سلبية نحو مهنة التعليم، ولم يظهر وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على أداتي الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. The current study aimed to investigating problems that faced educational sciences faculty students during pragmatic practice, and their relation to their attitudes toward the teaching profession from their point of view. To achieve this goal a statistical treatment of the data resulting from the two tools of the study, which were applied to a sample consisted of 149 students, by calculating averages, standard deviations, and percentages on each axis of the axes of performance. Results revealed that problems that related to the practical education course, the school administration, and the collaborator teacher were in middle degree; meanwhile, problems that related to the practical education supervisor were in a large degree. Results also revealed High rate of behavioral problems between teachers who have negative attitudes towards the teaching profession. Results also did not show any statistically significant differences in the two tools to study due to the gender variable. (Published abstract)
