The number of part-timers for this specific term is 40. The total number is 93. A questionnaire was constructed and distributed to all staff members and part-timers. Based on the statistical results, the study showed that staff members claim to use English\Arabic code-switching with their students in and outside classrooms for a number of different reasons, mainly to clarify ambiguous lexical or structural items.
