The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach by applying a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 students practicing physical education and sports in the second year of secondary school and 16 secondary professors divided into 5 secondary schools, and through statistical calculations in SPSS, the results concluded that professors tend to use the imperative method a lot because it is perhaps the easiest to implement, and that the imperative method develops the student's motivation towards involving in physical education and sports practices, in order to end up with good, thriving citizens who don't get affected by the new variables or struggles that he can face. Therefore, the learner must be considered as the center of the educational process, and this can only be achieved by providing appropriate working conditions that allow the teacher to choose the imperative method that makes him achieve the purpose of practicing physical education and sports in the educational environment.
