The scientific libraries established in the city and spread under the era of the Abbasid Caliphate with the support and encouragement of the Abbasid caliphs based on Islamic legislation represented by the immortal constitution of Islam the Holy Qur’an and its clear texts meanings and the noble prophetic Sunna that promised to show God’s legitimate religious will to encourage and seek science In compliance with the Almighty’s words: “Those who have given knowledge and have reward for God are good for those who believe and do righteous deeds but only the righteous.” He also urged the Messenger (r) to seek knowledge in the hadith “Whoever went out to seek knowledge was in the path of God until he returned” The city of Baghdad represents centers of intellectual radiation in all scientific fields, through historical eras, through building educational institutions. The self-desire of individuals and society has been a motivation for many people to learn and develop the intellectual movement of different religious spectra. To keep pace with the development of the scientific movement, whose scientific role was not confined to the era of translation and authorship, but was considered a place for study. In addition to knowledge and cultural activities, it had a role and active participation in the Arab-Islamic civilization and its development.
