AB - هدف هذه الدراسة توضيح ومعالجة الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات الصف الأول الابتدائي في مديرية تربية عين الباشا في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وبينت الدراسة أن المعلمات يواجهن صعوبات قد ترجع إلى أسباب نفسية أو عضوية عند الطالب وحاولت الدراسة معالجة هذا الموضوع من جميع جوانبه، وخرج الباحث بعدة توصيات أهمها عمل برامج تدريبية للمعلمات سواء كن على مقاعد الدراسة أو على رأس عملهن، وكذلك الاهتمام بالوسائل التعليمية لما لها من دور مهم في إيصال المعلومة للطالب وربط المجرد بالمحسوس. AB - The aim of this study is to clarify and treat the disabilities that face first-grade female teachers in the Ain Al-Basha Directorate of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study showed that the female teachers face disabilities that may be due to psychological or organic causes in the student and the study tried to address this issue from all its aspects. The head of their work, as well as interest in educational means because of their important role in communicating information to the student and linking the abstract with the sensible.
