AU - عيسى، بلحوت AU - فايد، عبد الرزاق AU - مجادي، رابح AU - لخضر، سالم AB - The study goals: 1) to identify the correlation between democratic leadership style and organizational climate from the perspective of physical education and sports professors of wilaya of M'sila. 2) Disclosure of the nature of the correlation between the autocratic leadership style and organizational climate from the perspective of physical Education and Sports Institute professors of wilaya of M'sila. 3) To identify the type of the correlation between the free leadership style and the organizational climate from the perspective of professors of Education and Sports Institute of wilaya of M'sila. 4) Giving some recommendations in this regard. The study problem: Do professors of Physical Education and Sports Institute of wilaya of M'sila have any correlation between leadership styles and organizational climat? The study hypotheses: There is a correlation between leadership style and organizational climate from the perspective of professors of Physical Education and Sports Institute of wilaya of M'sila. There is a correlation between the autocratic style and organizational climate from the perspective of professors of Physical Education and Sports Institute of wilaya of M'sila. There is a correlation between the free leadership style (chaotic) and the organizational climate from the perspective of professors of Physical Education and Sports Institute of wilaya of M'sila. The study sample: A simple random sample. Curriculum: Descriptive method. The study tools: We used the scale and SPSS system. The obtained results: 1) There is a strong positive correlation with statistical significance between autocratic style and organizational climate at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports of wilaya of M'sila. 2) There is a medium correlation between the autocratic style and organizational climate at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports of wilaya of M'sila. 3) There is an inverse negative correlation between the free-style (chaotic) and organizational climate at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports of wilya of M'sila. The Most Important Suggestions: 1) Shed the light on the autocratic leadership style and the chaotic free one, to clarify the disadvantages in order to guide the managers of sports organizations to avoid these patterns and their impact on the organizational climate. 2) Shed the light on the democratic style by clarifying its roots and its advantages, by guiding managers of the organizations to involve employees to draw the policies of the affiliated organizations, and to involve them in the decision-making process, and respect their feelings and try to meet their desires which is something that has a significant impact on improving the regulatory climate level. 3) Working on strengthening the relationship between the leader and subordinates by holding constructive dialogue meetings to build bridges of trust, understanding and communication which achieve gains for the administrative process within organizations. 4) To provide a training program in leadership styles for managers to exercise leadership and leadership styles, to employ these patterns effectively and enable them to develop their exercise leadership to raise the level of organizational climate. 5) To schedule training sessions for staff in order to improve the organizational climate. 6) The provision of electronic management for the staff through the provision of trained competencies that are able to run and programize computers along the administrative work, through relying upon the computers to insert the data, information and special statistics.
