The study problem can be formulated in identifying the role of the school parliament in supporting the communication rights of high school students in Sharkia governorate by conducting a study of a sample of school parliament practitioners in secondary schools in Sharkia governorate, then conducting a questionnaire on a sample of male and female students and applying it to four educational administrations. Four secondary schools for each department according to the study variables and their number in Sharkia governorate. The current study sheds light on the importance of the topic and its novelty and the absence of previous studies for it in order to contribute to bridging the information and knowledge gap in spreading the culture of child rights, helping educational leaders in schools on a mission to achieve a school environment that satisfies and supports the rights of the child. Objectives: identifying the extent of the school parliament’s contribution to spreading the culture of child rights through its practice in schools in Sharkia governorate. Type: descriptive study. The current study showed that the most important educational media activities that support communication rights, which are preferred by high school students, the study sample according to gender. The school parliament came first, with a percentage of 77.3% of the total vocabulary of the study sample distributed between 75.5% of the total vocabulary. The male sample versus 76.00% of the total items of the female sample, and the two ratios are close.
