The research methodological utilization was quantitatively based by means of a questionnaire completed by 60 undergraduate students at the Department of English, Faculty of Education, Misurata University. In addition to students' perceptions, the questionnaire focus was also eliciting the importance of deploying technology as a mean of delivering English subject classes. Based on the data collected, most of the participants perceived using technology in classrooms teaching and learning is vital as it can play a great role in language learning. Also, the results of the study indicate that integrating instructional technology in teaching and learning would make the classroom environment more interesting and hence can enhance the process of teaching and learning.
