AU - الموسى، ناهد عبد الله AB - The aim of this study is to develop the practice of talent management strategies in the program of experiences for the professional development of the Saudi Ministry of Education. The researcher used the descriptive method to conduct this study. The field study was conducted based on an electronic questionnaire that included three strategies for talent management (selection, retention, motivation, training, and evaluation). The questionnaire was distributed after verifying its validity and stability to a random sample of 333 scholarship students from the program in Europe, Canada, and Australia, and hold educational, administrative positions and student guides. The researcher used the documentary approach and the appropriate statistical methods to answer the study questions. The results of the study showed success of the program in achieving the main goal of training and professional enrichment of the scholarship students through the knowledge and experience of living in the scholarship countries. It also showed the medium degree of practice in the strategy of selection and retention, training strategy and evaluation, and low degree in the strategy of motivation. The researcher presented proposals for the development of talent management strategies in the program.
