AU - الشاردي، لطيفة AB - The study aimed to reveal whether a statistically significant correlation (α ≥ 50.0) exists among the leadership styles practiced in educational offices in Al-Qunfudah Directorate and the reasons for career dropout among female educational supervisors. The study adopted the descriptive method, and its tool (a questionnaire) was applied to collect the data from 175 female supervisors. Using the appropriate statistical methods, the results showed that the democratic style was the first style practiced by the female supervisors (average:4.00 and the standard deviation was 0.96). It was followed by the autocratic style (average: 2.59 and the standard deviation was 0.96). The laissez-faire style ranked last, with an average:2.17 and the standard deviation was 1.05. The results revealed that the availability of the reasons for career drop-out in educational offices at Al-Qunfudah Directorate was with a medium degree, where the overall average reached (2.69) and with a standard deviation of ((1.06). The relationship was positive and strong for the autocratic style (r = 0.84) and the laissez-faire style (r = 0.74) while, for the democratic style, the relationship was negative and moderate (r = -0.48). The results did not reveal statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.50) in the responses of the study sample about the level of leadership style practice and the reasons for career dropout among educational supervisors in educational offices in Al-Qunfudah Directorate according to the study variables (educational qualification, years of experience, training courses).
