AU - إبراهيم، رحاب أحمد AB - This research recognized the concept, requirements and challenges of digital transformation, developing the technological skills for basic education teachers, in addition to recognize the reality of this skills for them in the light of the requirements of digital transformation. The research reached a number of results, including: The design of smart applications to facilitate dealing with schools and directorates, providing a digital team in the school to develop the digital vision of it, are one of the most important requirements for digital transformation, and there are available technological means for use in schools like the computer lab and the multimedia room. The results also showed that the most important technological skills for basic education teachers are their ability to develop collaborative learning among students by activating group tasks among them. The research sample of teachers confirmed their desire to train in interacting with educational programs, and that one of the most used methods for interacting with students digitally are groups WhatsApp and Facebook, and there are challenges facing them about digital transformation are the lack of internet in the classroom, and one of the needs that helps teachers (research sample) to use technology to prepare for digital transformation is holding remote training courses to emphasize the development of skills in a practical manner. Based on the theoretical side and the field results of the research, a proposed vision was evolved to develop the technological skills of basic education teachers in the light of the requirements of the Global digital transformation.
