AU - بافطوم، سالم أحمد جمعان AU - زيدان، حمدي أمين أمين AB - The study aimed at identifying the extent of social experts’ awareness of integrating education technology in activating social participations. The researchers applied the descriptive approach and prepared an opinion survey form to collect primary source data. A sample consisting of 100 social experts working in the education sector from all the educational administrations in the governorate of Fayoum-Egypt was selected. The results of the study indicated that (85%) of the sample agree upon the integration of technology with education, and believe that there is an imperative requisite and prodigious benefit to use modern technology in social activity. In addition, the process of facilitating the essential aptitudes; from the availability of modern technological devices and instruments, as well as the availability of technical support and training for social experts is considered as the biggest challenge to facilitate them to use technological devices in social activity. The results also showed that only (15%) of the sample actually use technological devices in social activities. While (59%) of the sample believe that the society does not consent to the idea of using modern technology in social participations activities. The study recommended the necessity of providing technological devices essential for practicing social activity. Moreover, updating the colleges of education and social work institutes’ regulations, as well as modernizing the academic curricula in line with the facts and challenges of the modern era.
