AU - العمرات، محمد سالم AB - The study aimed to investigation the organizational commitment and its effect on instructional performance quality among the members of instructional staff in Tafila Technical University from their perspective, and to recognize the level of organizational commitment, and the degree of instructional performance quality among the members of instructional staff in the University. The researcher used the relational descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisted of (47) items distributed on two axis, (20) items for the organizational commitment axis, and (27) items for the instructional performance quality axis, in order to collect the data from sample of the study. The sample consisted of (105) staff members. The results showed that the level of organizational commitment was high, with a mean of (3.74), the domain of normative commitment came at the first level, followed by moral commitment domain, and the last rank was for continuity commitment domain, the results also indicated that the instructional performance quality degree was high with a mean of (3.92), the instructional planning domain came in first rank, followed by instructional implementation domain, in the last rank was the domain of student work assessment, and that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.05)effect to organizational commitment on instructional performance quality of the staff members.
