AU - الديكة، خالد فهد AB - This study aimed to identify the school administration, its concept, its importance, and its theories, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the study reached the following results: 1) Educational management is a set of processes that include planning, control, guidance, implementation and evaluation of work related to special affairs in educational institutions that make up schools, using the best available means and methods. 2) The importance of school management in promoting the educational process in its entirety, examining all the weaknesses affecting pupils in school, absence or difficulties and contributing to the creation of educational solutions. 3) The responsibilities and duties of the headmaster in light of the different types of school management. 4) The school administration aims to enable the school to work properly, through the organization and formation of resources, both material and human. 5) The school administration shows its practical impact on the behaviour of students as followed by the rest of the educational family. Guidance. The school administration directs employees of the educational institution to perform their work efficiently, and guidance is not limited to the faculty but also to the staff as a whole.
