AU - الذبياني، منى سليمان حمد AB - The present study aimed at monitoring the reality of the knowledge partnership requirements among the faculty members to achieve added value for the University of Hail from the viewpoint of the study sample to attain a set of proposed mechanisms to activate the knowledge partnership. The study adopted the descriptive method taking into account the correlative studies related to the variables of the study. The current study made use of a questionnaire as a field study instrument that was administered to a sample of faculty members at the University of Hail at the faculties (Education - Arts - Science - Medicine) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results of the study revealed that there is a weak participation of faculty members in scientific research that aims to solve problems and issues of the local community. The faculty members have weak ability to classify the knowledge circulated and obtained such knowledge in computarized tables or charts. There is a scarcity concerning using modern strategies to motivate faculty members and there is an absence of encouragement to do partnership research.
