AU - رحماني، مريم AB - This study uses the Transactional Analysis Approach (TA) to evaluate the communication process between teacher and learner and its role in improving the quality of education. The data were then collected by the Transactional Analysis Ego States Scale. The research community consists of faculty members, students Suwani Sulaj Al-Saeed and Dhamna Saleh, estimated at 70 professors and 583 secondary students. The results of the research showed that ego situations played a major role in improving the quality of education in educational environments; these findings were discussed within the cultural context as a context in which behavior was determined.
