AU - شبيب، مزهر مطر AB - This research focusing on identifying the family climate for the student in the intermediate school also to identifying the variation of this climate according to the gender, and exploring. Descriptive methodology is employed and the research sample was 420 students, 210 males and 210 females. Sample students are from day schools of Baghdad education directorate, Rusafah 3. The scale adopted is of Alaa' Aldeen Kafafy, 2010. The following is noticed through results obtained. 1) The Sample of students have family climate that are near to be abnormal. 2) No differences are found among students in family climate according to the gender. 3) A negative statistical correlation is found between family climate and student level of study which is positive.
