AU - مدين، مصطفى حامد AB - The aims of research is as following: 1) Specifying a list of lessons planning competences and the necessary multi-media for designing mathematics lessons. 2) identifying the effect and effectiveness of a suggested educational programmer in developing lesson planning competences and the necessary multi-media for designing mathematics lessons. The research procedures are: 1) To fulfill the first aim, a comprehensive review of various related studies, books, references, was mode, which dowsed on computer and multi- media. The main area of concern of those studies and researches was education technology in order to reach a list of lesson planning and a list of multimedia necessary for mathematics lessons design competences. 2) To fulfill the second aim, a review of various previous studies and researches whose concern was model and production of educational program me via multi-media to reach the model on which the suggested educational program me would be designed. 3) To fulfill the third aim of this study, 32 students of second year (Math Dept) were chosen. A copy of prepschool first year pupils math lessons was administered to them. They were asked to plan and design it with the help of computer. This was considered as a pre-test of their competences in both lesson plan and the use of Mufti-Media in Math Lessons Design for (11) Weeks, (3) Meetings a Week, (2) hors each. After the training period, the same lesson was regimen to them and they were asked to plan it and design it by using the multimedia inside the college computer lab. That step is considered as a post-test of their lesson plan competences and math lessons design our. Evaluation can was used after computing the results by using means, t-test to treat the pre/ post means to identify the effectiveness of the suggested educational program. The results of the study are as following: 1) The study resulted in specifying a list of math lessons plan competences including (6): Writing a lesson content analysis, writing lesson behavioral objectives, writing lesson preparation, writing lesson explanation, writing applications on lesson, and eventually writing lesson objectives evaluation, a list of the main of multi-media necessary for mathematics lessons design competences was also added to the findings (lesson introduction design, text writing, sound use and its effects, using pictures, static and dynamic graphics, using learning strategies, specifying feed back methods), these competences were included in the evaluation card, the suggested educational programme proved to be effective in developing the second year math students lesson plan competences and the use of mufti-media in designing math lessons.
