AU - عباس، عمر عادل AB - This research aims to identify the constraints in which face the Kurdish language teachers in secondary schools in Kalar city when using the educational instruments. To achieve this aim, the researcher chose (89) of Kurdish language teachers as a research society who are distributed among (19) of secondary schools in the center of Kalar city for the academic year 2018-2019, and (45) teachers have chosen to represent the sample. Then, the questionnaire was prepared as a research tool as well as distributed to some of pedagogy experts to verify its validity. As a result, the rate agreement was (87%) percentage. The stability has been also checked by using (re-test) of (10) teachers of Kurdish language. By using the Pearson correlation coefficient, the stability showed (0.79%.) Accordingly, the questionnaire has been distributing to the sample of research. Statistically, research shows that the most important constraints which are facing the teachers when using educational instruments are, the lack of various instruments in the school, the lack of training courses in using educational instruments and limited of lessons time which is obstructed of using educational instruments.
