AU - طه، ملاك أحمد سلامة AB - Education in Egypt suffers from different educational riskiness, foremost the spread of the shadow education (tutoring) in various stages of education. This is not limited to burden of spending billions of Egyptian pounds by the families, but also the role of the schools become very weak. The citizen's confidence in the educational system is demolishing. The paper focuses to answer the following question: What is the responsibility of the school in the spread of the phenomenon of shadow education and (tutoring), and the possibility of reaching a proposed perception to restore the confidence of the community in the light of societal and global variables? The descriptive analytical methodology has been used to analyze. The researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The most important results of the paper are: Many of the community and global changes emerged in several areas, led to a lack of educational institution's ability to keep pace with changes and new developments. This contributed to the spread of the phenomenon of shadow education. The role of the schools should be reactivated in response to the needs of the community.
